Hatha Yoga Honey Flow

The physical aspect of yoga-hatha yoga-was developed as a vehicle for meditation.
The object of Hatha yoga is to create balance, strengthen the body and improve health.
Honey flow helps to dissolve accumulated stress and initiate relaxation. Classes begin with a dynamic sequence of postures and end with a gentle restorative practice including yin yoga stretches. Regular practice may help to;

Improve mobility, breath capacity and stamina
